Complete the booking form with choosing a session type, and a detailed message about the session you're looking for! I will reach out with available dates that work with both our schedules.

A $100 deposit is required to hold your session. A 25% deposit is required to secure a wedding date. The remaining balance is due the week before your session date. Payment can be made by cash, certified check, Venmo, PayPal or Credit card. I will send an invoice for your deposit, and one for the remaining balance which breaks down your payments (session charges, studio rental fees, discounts, sales tax, etc.) Once your payment is received, you will receive an email confirmation for your receipt records.

A brief contract helps both you and I stay on the same page as far as payment, rescheduling, cancellations, and general terms regarding credentials, advertising and social media privacy so that there is no miscommunication. The print release grants you rights to printing your images.

Your final gallery will be sent through a link to your email. There is where you follow the prompts to download your images to your device. The print store is available for all your printing needs attached to your gallery link, add prints to your cart and check out using the prompts.

What if the weather calls for rain? It's Buffalo, therefore you can't ever be too sure what the weather may be. I keep an eye on the weather a few days before sessions and if the chance of rain is 50% or more I try to accommodate a reschedule. Keeping in communication the day of the session is key to deciding a reschedule or to just roll with it. Sometimes some rain drops and umbrellas bring a session to life!
